Time Horizon designs and builds AI research systems: software that reads a domain, organises the data pouring through it, and turns it into sharp, defensible analysis on a schedule, in a consistent voice.
Every business is sitting on more data than its people can read: customers, operations, suppliers, the market it operates in. An AI research system examines that data and turns it into something the owner can act on, to sharpen decisions and grow the business.
Time Horizon has a background building these systems for financial institutions. The marquee example is The Letter, that same engine pointed at financial markets, where a wrong answer is expensive and shows up fast.
The Letter
A weekly letter that commits to a view, and keeps score.
Every week The Letter sets out the macro view: the regime as it stands (growth, inflation, policy, liquidity) and the two or three themes moving markets. Then it gets specific: the positions that express that view, each with a six-month range from downside to upside, the level that would prove it wrong, and the reasoning in plain terms.
Nothing hides. Every call is tracked in the open and scored by how the instrument has moved since it was published, with a change-log of what was added, held, or closed.
The editor sets the structural macroeconomic view, the durable read of the world economy that changes only as the economy does. From there the system takes over: it absorbs that view along with the week's financial market activity, around forty signal reads across seventy-plus instruments, and runs the lot through a full investment process to generate The Letter.
